Diversity

We make products from three milks: cow's, sheep's and goat's milk.

Durability

Fair remuneration for our farmers, ensuring their development.

Proximity

Valais farmers within 50 km of our cheese dairy and online sales.

Excellence

Best sheep's milk cheese in the world in 2018 and in Switzerland in 2016.

The founder's story

When I started out in 2007 with a flock of around fifteen dairy ewes, I made my own small cheeses for my family and friends.

I couldn't have imagined for a second the scale that this 'small' project would take on over time.

A sustainable agriculture

Fair pay for our farmers

Choosing our artisanal products means supporting local, sustainable agriculture. By paying farmers up to 50% more than industry, we play an active role in the development of the Valais and in strengthening small and medium-sized farms.
