Carefully matured for a minimum of 4 months, this traditional raclette offers a perfect marriage of flavour and texture. Produced from local cow's milk, it has been awarded the PDO label, a guarantee of quality and craftsmanship.

Important Information

Our product is available in three different varieties: the eighth of a piece (~600g), the quarter (~1200g) and the half-piece (~2400g). Each portion is carefully demoulded and ready to enjoy at your next raclette.
