For over 10 years, previously at the Fromathèque and now at the Fromagerie de Martigny, we've been proud to make products from three different milks: sheep's, goat's and cow's milk.

Just six months ago, an idea popped into our minds. Why not blend goat's milk, known for its strong flavour, with sheep's milk, known for its milder taste? The result is our brand new Raclette Capriole, a cheese that has quickly won over our customers' taste buds.

We now invite you to taste it at the Fromathèque in Martigny-Croix, where you can enjoy it as much as you like in our raclette bar. The shop also offers you the possibility of continuing your tasting at home.
