The Edelweiss Flower

At the heart of our logo is a magnificent Edelweiss flower, an emblematic plant of the Swiss Alps. It is both a symbol of our unique terroir and our commitment to tradition, and also embodies the beauty and purity of our mountains, which are the birthplace of our cheeses.

The Three Animals

If you look closely, you'll notice the animals that make up our flower: a goat, a cow and a sheep. They represent the three types of milk we use to create our cheeses.
