The Fromagerie de Martigny is delighted to unveil its new look, together with a new tagline that perfectly captures what makes us unique: Three milks, one Valais character.
More than just a tagline, these words reflect the very essence of our cheese dairy: authentic Valais cheesemaking and our unique expertise in working with cow’s, goat’s and sheep’s milk. Three different milks that allow us to create authentic, generous and distinctive cheeses full of flavour and character.
A new look, true to our roots
With our new visual identity, we want to highlight more than ever what defines us: our strong roots in Valais, our close relationship with local producers and our passion for cheesemaking.
Colourful, authentic and unmistakably Valais, our new look brings together tradition and modernity while remaining true to the values that have always shaped who we are and what we make.
Our raclette cheeses, including our Raclette du Valais AOP MARTIGNY, as well as our Tommes, Sérac and other specialties, are made in Martigny using three types of milk: cow’s, goat’s and sheep’s milk. Three milks, three different worlds of flavour, yet all sharing the same unmistakable character: the character of Valais.
A cheese dairy with deep roots in the region
Since October 2025, the Fromagerie de Martigny has been part of the Groupe Laiteries Réunies Genève (LRG). As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain firmly committed to our local identity and our close ties to the region.
Behind our cheeses are, above all, passionate people who are proud of their craft: 13 team members from the region and 7 local milk producers, including 4 cow’s milk producers, 2 sheep’s milk producers and 1 goat’s milk producer.
Working closely with our producers and staying connected to our region allows us to preserve authentic Valais cheesemaking traditions and create specialities that carry a little piece of our home in every bite.
A taste of Valais in every cheese
Our new identity marks a new chapter in the story of the Fromagerie de Martigny, but our ambition remains unchanged: to share the taste of Valais through authentic, distinctive cheeses full of character.
